Thoughts on whether I may be able to sell this. It makes about $4000 per year but has the potential to make upwards of $150,000-$200,000. Just don't have the time or money to develop it further. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Nice site.. long domain name.. the fact that it's .ca hinders the resale as it's restricted to Canadian residents, right?

All the best sites are on crappy domains. Who would have guessed that yahoo.com would have been any good before it was developed?

I'm not good with sites, but the domain name is really bad. But if it's making 4K a year thats what matters.

You could probabally get another one and redirect it to the same site... something shorter, a lot shorter...
