The Worlds Most Expensive Domain!

I am always intrigued by the bizarre valuations people claim their domains are worth, but i think i may have found the biggest one on record.

MRX.com is available for lease at the "cough" "cough" "splutter", price of $20,000,000 a year! :lala: Going by the valuation of the domain, this is cheap! LOL

Any Takers?

MRX.com domain name valuation

The World's Most Valuable Domain Name
Easily recognized and remembered in all 194 countries.
Effective global branding and distribution.
The ultimate corporate global address.

(business.com with an annual revenue of $15mn USD and a P/E ratio of 23
sold for $345m USD in July 2007 as reported by the Wall Street Journal.)

MRX.com domain name valuation established at 1% of MRX Technologies annual turnover
($45mn USD directly attributed to the domain name)
and a P/E ratio of 23 reflects a valuation of $1,035,000,000.00

The guy doesn't seem to learn from his past: http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/search/case.jsp?case=D2002-0462

This kind of behavior is just begging for a UDRP and I sure won't feel sorry for him if he loses.

How did they come up with that ? There are many other premium high traffic names which are available for lower prices.

i agree
actually naming the company who could most use the domain and in turn take off you for nothing is pretty silly.
he should lightly develop in some other area unconnected, the muppet! _\|/_

I very much doubt he'll ever get anywhere near $ 20,000,000 if it was for sale, never mind a yearly rental

Pour a little more sugar on those cornflakes !

Does anyone here actually think the guy expects that amount, or rather could it be a big F-U to the company that tried to reverse-hijack it (essentially saying they'll never get it)?

Even the owner of porn/sex/etc wouldn't lease for this much a month.
