Really? I suspect a good scare is more effective than good advice...and no amount of good advice would've been effective under Trump's watch. He would've created a dynasty that prevented any fix possible. Not defending these top dogs (and no, I didn't vote for Trudeau). Afterall, the real power is in the people and they're only our servants. Why do you give your power away so easily? The main problem with beating Covid is the existing inequality which especially effects and represses those already vulnerable. Mobility rights are also impaired, which is one of the reasons I decided to get the jab (I saw it coming months ago). Northerners were the first 'guinea pigs' if they so chose - sure there were risks that one has to weigh. Others in Canada haven't had the same options, we had no choice but to rely on European manufacturers since Trump's executive order "America First" prevented US manufacturers from sharing the vaccine with other countries. Deaths resulted, as well as extending the lockdowns, which may otherwise have been prevented had more vaccine been available to the population.

Nice spin, that is defintely one of my concerns. I have seen far too many masks collecting in ditches following the snow melt. Fortunately, I helped organize a few volunteer community cleanups which removed most of the irresponsibly disposed waste. When is the last time you picked up others garbage?
