For example are 'affirmative action' policies systemically racist to Whites? How many are nuanced perspectives?

Affirmative action had it's place. Lots of problems but did more good than bad. Colleges should strive to have a diverse student body. The problem is the professors are radical and the students are entitled shits.

Give top 5% of students from every high-school in America a scholarship. Parents have to make less than $200K. Require them to do community service one day a month. Join dinner clubs with assigned seating. Racism dies with friendship. Systemic racism is dead in 10 years.

Most "systemic" racism isn't. Just people acting badly. Police brutality doesn't care what color you are. Only your wealth, neighborhood matter.
