Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., received a flurry of attention on Thursday after she tweeted that "white supremacy" was behind the Jersey City shooting that left multiple people dead.

My point was simple, SS is a Form of Socialism and yes just like Welfare and Medicare but for those who continue to scream No Socialism had better be prepared to deal with SS and all of its recipients if they want to get rid of All Socialism.

But emphasizing the word “socialism” in branding their opponents was a brilliant GOP marketing move. It gets such a strong emotional reaction especially out of Those Of A Certain Generation that it provokes a knee jerk reaction to oppose it across the board, without any thought to the particulars or our government’s system checks and balances.

Besides the obvious like SS, public schools, state and local police and firefighters are a form of “socialism.” Everyone’s taxes pay for these services and they’re available to all even though you personally may not use them. But as a whole, they benefit everyone by making our communities safer and giving the next generation a foundation for a broad range of future careers.

Social Security isn't socialism, it's a retirement plan. Fire, police, schools are basic civic services.

Welfare, SNAP, WIX, medicare are socialist programs. Nothing wrong with a society providing for the needy but these programs tend to grow too large, are difficult to manage and are targets for corruption.

You made 3 post attacking the President and Christians over stricter SNAP requirements for working age adults with no dependents.

Last night, news broke that President Trump had signed off on a new trade deal with China that will purportedly dramatically lower tariffs for both countries in exchange for China finally caving to some major demands.

I love how liberals just make up sentences about President Trump, then in the next breath call his supporters brain dead.

It has not been signed yet. Its a roll back on some tariffs not all and those will take until next September and China still hasn't agreed to what they will buy from us.
