In so many Muslim countries they still to this day, marry very young underage girls. It's part of their culture. All over Europe especially in England, Sweden, France, Belgium, Germany, where there are large Muslim populations, the amount of rapes on underage European girls has skyrocketed, thanks to Muslim Grooming gangs, who feel that culturally they are doing NOTHING wrong!

But whatabout the 200,000 underage girls married older men in the USA?

1) Having sex with a girl under the age of 18 and three years younger than the man / boy is statutory rape.

2) Many of those 200,000 girls married boys who are less than 3 years older.

3) Many states don't have a minimum age to be married, but men marrying young women is still rare in a county with over 600 million people.

In the past, it wasn't unusual for anyone past puberty to be married because life expectancy was short. People in their 60's were long lived.

If someone doesn’t meet the qualifications for a security clearance, they shouldn’t get one. End of story. I don’t care who is breaking the rules. This is not a partisan issue, it’s a matter of national security.

Not so in Western countries, where the legal minimum age varies from 16-18...

The Republicans are developing a really great HealthCare Plan. Guess when we can see it?

Everybody agrees that ObamaCare doesn’t work. Premiums & deductibles are far too high - Really bad HealthCare! Even the Dems want to replace it, but with Medicare for all, which would cause 180 million Americans to lose their beloved private health insurance. The Republicans.....

....are developing a really great HealthCare Plan with far lower premiums (cost) & deductibles than ObamaCare. In other words it will be far less expensive & much more usable than ObamaCare. Vote will be taken right after the Election when Republicans hold the Senate & win......

....back the House. It will be truly great HealthCare that will work for America. Also, Republicans will always support Pre-Existing Conditions. The Republican Party will be known as the Party of Great HealtCare. Meantime, the USA is doing better than ever & is respected again!

It varies state to state, generally fornication with a person under the age of consent is illegal. If there is more than 3 years difference in age, it can also be illegal.

If you drive across state lines with a underage person to commit a crime, it becomes a federal offense. Taking a minor across state lines without permission could be a federal crime.

My mistake. Still a small amount of people with an extreme difference in age. Most are young men and women.

That was my point also, Liberals like to trot out the "whatabout" but it's not accepted as normal, it's shocking when it happens. Other countries and cultures allow marriage at a young age, in south America, marrying a cousin isn't taboo.

I don't know of any culture that allows a young child to marry except 1

They had 2 years to get a plan together - didn’t happen then, they don’t have one now.

I can’t think of anyone who calls their insurance “beloved.” Insurance is a PITA. They charge you a lot of money and make you jump through hoops to get any of it back as reimbursement... if they don’t deny the claim.

ACA premiums wouldn’t have gone up if the GOP hadn’t sabotaged it. But it still covers pre-existing conditions, has an annual maximum out of pocket amount, and there is some control over premium discrepancies and increases.

Take it away with no replacement and besides people with pre existing conditions losing coverage, premiums and deductibles will go through the roof. Especially for anyone between 50 and 65.

Wrong. Premiums and deductibles went up immediately as DESIGNED because every plan had to provide a minimum of coverage. Middle class families were hardest hit, as always.
