Imagine the tax savings if the US Govt remains shutdown and were downsized permanently with all the non essential workers out.

You're talking about the livelihoods of over 800,000 people - the only reason you're so casual about it is because you're not one of them.
There is no "private sector" for some of those jobs.
You're also looking at months or years of research - things like cancer research - down the tubes.

Declaring it a national emergency to take the money from the DoD - that's something a would be dictator would do.There is no "national emergency" at the border. We're not at war with Mexico. It isn't a health crisis. It isn't a critical security issue. It's a 70+ yr old spoiled baby who never had to deal with "no."

This is what we call an "extinction burst."

Govt has ONLY one legitimate purpose, public safety and protection of borders and sovereignity. Democrats govt morphed it off into the Frankenstein monster it is with hand holding, coddling and not making people self reliant. Some Govt Civil Service actually support the situation.

Besides that, you said before the people you knew in Govt didnt live paycheck to paycheck. Nancy and Chucky are holding Dem Employees in the full employment program Govt Welfare/workfare hostage.

I agree, it is simply wrong IMO, then to say she will Impeach him on top of it, she , won’t do shit, it doesn’t matter who the President is, I have always respected them as the President of our country, respect doesn’t mean you like them or agree with them, the same goes for society, just respect people.
