Believe it or not, where I travel it’s like that everywhere. Missing manhole covers and sewer grates, exposed electrical wiring, pedestrians have no rights, slippery shiny floors, exposed rebar and chopped off street signs in the middle of sidewalk, etc. kinda like an urban minefield.
