Are you actually comparing prosecution of criminal activities to persecution of Jews???? Because that would be highly offensive if it wasn’t so pathetic and ridiculous.
Once again you miss the point. The point was you linking to a hysterical anti-Trumper as though he presents a balanced summary of events. I could have mentioned Ted Nugent instead....
And, since you again throw words around without grasping their meaning, Hitler's persecution of the Jews was in accordance with the law. The Jews he arrested were actually "criminals" as well. And in your book a criminal is a criminal, right?
Furthermore, I am sick of your moral posturing. Who calls themselves "enlightened??" You are offended? How about me? I come from a long line of European Jews, and it's pretty clear to me which side sounds familiar.
Having the law on your side is no guarantee of decency or morals. The law is being used as a tool of oppression rather than a tool of justice. People who cheer that on may eventually face the consequences of their hateful actions. Quite often under the same laws they so fervently supported themselves.
The Republicans, for all their faults, at least weren't stupid enough to try to impeach Obama for campaign funding violations - which were far worse than anything they will find on Trump. They understood that twisting the law to subvert a democratically elected voice of the people was at its core undemocratic. The left have no such worries.
Unlike you, I will not dislike your post, because I believe people have a right to their opinions, no matter how misguided.
Enough... go on and use your words like criminal, traitor, patriot.... as they have been used by every tyrant in modern history to provide minimal cover to crushing dissent.
