His leadership skills and professionalism were called into question in that 2012 report. That’s a red flag for someone who would be “promoted” to a top level leadership position.

As for the drinking, improper prescribing and hostile work environment, those are very serious charges that need to be investigated. If they’re baseless accusations, he’ll be cleared.

So yesterday, while we were distracted by the stories about Ronny Jackson (who just withdrew) the personal attorney for the sitting President (for over a decade) invoked the 5th Amendment in connection with issues surrounding the President. This means he has admitted in a court of law that if he testifies he would be admitting to committing crimes.

Another ad hominem attack. Boring as fish. Do you enjoy insulting people or is that the only way you know how to have a discussion?

Taking the 5th ( no person “shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself”) means that he’s refusing to give statements that could be used against him in criminal proceedings. There are more clauses to 5A (due process, grand juries, personal property) but that’s the one that’s in context here.

Everything I said about mocking the handicapped, etc. is documented and factual. And I’m rather well educated btw, but thanks for suggesting that I continue on that path - I plan to do just that.
