Democracy rots from the inside.
When the people in charge stop upholding (and abiding by) democratic rules - you have a problem.
In plain English, 45 thinks that he can make up his own rules, doesn't have to respect institutions because they are not legitimate and thus must not be held accountable. Doesn't respect the system of checks and balances. Doesn't want scrutiny into his own shady dealing so he fired the head of FBI. Doesn't respect the free press when it's not aligned with his views. Doesn't respect the other half of America who didn't vote for him. Doesn't respect the rest of the world either. Doesn't make any efforts to win the hearts and minds of people.
It's always because of HRC or Obama, the opponents, the dishonest press, the big conspiracy and he's a poor victim.... always blaming somebody or something for his failures. Past presidents were less than perfect too, but they were not so lame.
Classic road to authoritarianism @enlytend
Hugo Chavez wasn't any different, only the political platform was slightly different, the means were just the same. That should have served as a warning.

Why would a President or any politician want the FBI investigation them. BUT Trump is being investigated. That's not ROT, that the rule of law.

You just described the Obama administration.

Nice speech.

Now Trump is Chavez. "Were just the same".. You're comparing the Capitalist Trump to the Communist Chavez?

Do you know Donald Trump is only ONE of three branches of Gov that makes and enforces federal laws?

Yes, different ideas but similar means. Two guys who have nothing but contempt for democracy and rules.
And they are not so different: they both claimed to be anti-establishment, standing up for the little guy and they could clean the house. A big difference though, is that 45 is part of the establishment too. He has nothing in common with the little guy and cannot understand the daily concerns of an average American like you, because he lives in his own warped, made-up reality, feeding on conspiracy theories.
That's the thing that is scary about him: he doesn't have a sense of reality and is out of teach.

People should study History more, and analyze the characters of leaders more in depth. Other countries have gone through the same thing at different times, 45 is not unlike Duterte or Putin, people whom he praised but you know that. He just happens to evolve in a different political environment.

Please name one person Trump has drug out of their home and shot for opposing the Federal Gov.

What I can't understand is why Hitler Trump doesn't just shot Muller and get it over with.

You need to get outside more.

February 2017: Trump is an incompetent boob. He can't even run his own staff meetings.

December 2017: Trump is Hitler and destroying America.

Christians do the same thing in several countries, in Spain for example, so not sure what your point is ?
The more you look at it, the more religions all look the same.
Since when did the Philippines become part to Europe? The Catholic Church condemns those practices in the Philippines. It's the locals from a particular part of the Philippines that made it a cultural and even a tourist event. So don't try to BS us here with your stupid comparison.

And my point is to show the barbaric culture that is being imported illegally and forced down our throats by the pathetic open borders policies of the EU.

Here's another practice happening all over Europe that should be banned. They simply block the streets, put their asses up in prayer and if you're in your car wanting to drive... just be patient, turn on the music or bring a book to read, because they're gonna block streets without any problems for a while... 5 times a day

And the police will be there to make sure they pray peacefully without anyone disturbing them...

Or Spain for example. They are Christians too, and you see the same kind of stuff. What was your point again ?

They may be Christian but only in a certain part of the country do they practice that, even though the Catholic Church condemns it.

Crucifixion, flagellation in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines

San Juan is one of at least three villages in the city of San Fernando, Pampanga that hold daylong passion plays every Good Friday depicting the sufferings of Jesus Christ.

The other two are San Jose and Sta. Lucia.

First time I've heard of that. It should be banned. No place in Europe for that type of crap.

I guess that was an anti-Muslim post fail on your part, finding out white Christian Italian males like to beat themselves as well. I think once a year he posts some anti-gay stuff about some parade, where he'll post gay people having sex outside, and I usually responded by posting straight people at Spring Break doing the same, would make him mad.
