So looks like Trump has a racketeering lawsuit he has to stand trial for this month, and then a child rape one next month. So I agree with NPer that we shouldn't have criminals like that in charge. Not to mention all the other lawsuits hanging over him. I don't think he could serve? He would be in court most of the time dealing with all those trials and lawsuits.

Yes there are cases where scientists change data for their own purposes. You can find it in different areas (pharmacy for example). The vast majority of scientists who actually do research in climate (climatologists) came to the conclusion that the ongoing climate change is to a big part caused by mankind. Here is something to read about this:

I understand when people deny the role of mankind in global warming or try to belittle it. It's more comfortable that way as one doesn't need to change consumption behavior. If mankind would take global warming serious, it would implement drastic measures immediately which means loss of comfort for many. By loss of comfort I mean just as an example: less meat as food, less or no cars with combustion engine, more regional and seasonal food, etc...

Republicans - Cruz is done, Bush no, maybe Kasich not young tho. Anybody that hasn't run before?

Independent/Socialists - Sanders is old, this is his last run. I'm sure there are some Bernie Jrs. out there that he inspired, but it'll be awhile before they're up for the big stage. Probably doing research so when they do run, they can give a good argument for stuff like single payer, free tuition etc. See if they can sell it.

Whoops, meant closer, not close. As you note, she's been cozy with Hillary for quite some time. Could it be that the Clintons were the ones who pushed for her to marry Weiner in the first place? Could it be that the Clintons persuaded her to stick with him for 5 YEARS through multiple scandals? I mean come on, she'd only been married to him for a couple years when it all started; it's not like she was trying to save some 20 year marriage. Let's not forget that the two didn't start dating until Clinton's first presidential campaign in 2008, and it was Bill himself who officiated the wedding. Perhaps, in preparation of giving Huma more power, the Clintons saw her as more valuable / less suspicious if she were married to someone "important"?
