Hey, let's all take the Scott Walker quiz: Do you believe in evolution?

(A simple yes or no will suffice.) I'll start: Yes.

You mean evolution like... we all descended from apes?
Definitely NOT

Don't think this is relevant in a political thread. There is a religious thread that would cover this though. Liberals are more concerned with turning everyone into soulless husks than looking at a candidates policies and business acumen, I guess.

Congrats! You sound like Scott Walker. Since Walker has publicly expressed his religious beliefs and how he relies upon his faith to make decisions, including his future decisions in politics, of course his beliefs are a political matter.

That you think Liberals would or could "turn everyone into soulless husks" is one of the most absurd accusations I've ever heard.

Whether the question is asked in the religious or political thread, it's still a simple yes or no answer.

ISIS throws gays off roof. We've been hearing several of these stories in the UK Media and international media, but the US MSM has been very quiet about it.

Now my question is: Why have the Gays been so quiet about this? Normally they will make a big fuss about virtually everything, but nothing about these brutal murders?

Silence can be deafeningly loud at times.

You continue to lie:

Mainstream media has reported on everything you've ever said they don't.

They're more concerned with intelligence, reality. It doesn't make you have a soul believing in fairy tales, it makes you gullible.

While I'm here - Unemployment rate now 5.5% down from 5.7% the previous month - http://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS14000000

Look at that trending down, nice

I bet a survey asking people if they are more interested in his religion or how he would reduce Obama's 18 trillion dollar debt ( or is it 19 now, it's hard to keep up with his spending ), only soulless liberal husks would care about his religion.

"Soulless liberal husks" . . .again, eh? Conservatives here seem to have name-calling in common. Wonder why? No matter.
Walker's answer to budget deficits is to get rid of unions. Can't have those pesky middle class union workers making more than enough to raise a family. God must have reminded him about how "it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."

Speaking of surveys, I realize 54% of Republicans mistakenly think Obama is a Muslim (which is a pretty telling statement on how aware Republicans are in general), but a Republican state senator in Maine has taken it to extremes by accusing Obama and his family of being part of ISIS.

I guess if you're so frigging stupid that you say stuff like this in public, you shouldn't be surprised by the news media giving attention to such nonsense. and voters who blindly believe garbage like this deserve the politicians they vote for:

AUGUSTA, Maine โ€” A Maine senator says he has no intention of resigning over a series of offensive Facebook posts, including one that suggests President Barack Obama's family members are part of the Islamic State group.

Republican state Sen. Michael Willette asked his colleagues for their forgiveness Wednesday and promised his "mistake in judgment" won't be repeated.

The Democratic Party says Willette should step down over a "prolific online history of racist and bigoted remarks."

He may or may not be Muslim, but he sure sympathizes with Muslims a lot more than he does with Christians or other religions. After all, every time Muslims commit the most barbaric atrocities in the name of Allah he's always making excuses to defend Islam and always denies that these people are Islamic.

Yet he's fine with comparing ISIS with the Christian Crusaders and the Inquisition. So I can perfectly understand why 54% of Republicans RIGHTFULLY think he's a Muslim

So, yes.... it's NEVER the fault of Islam

It's taken a lot of time and posts to finally realize that nothing written here makes any difference. So I'm done.

Way to go GOP undermining the President, the office of the Presidency and the country.

European allies join criticism of GOPโ€™s Iran letter

235,000 Americans sign petition calling for treason charges for 47 GOP senators

Big ass whuppin coming in the National Elections. Say President Clinton. Get used to it now so it's easier to swallow when it happens.

By sending a letter to the government of Iran, did Republicans go too far?

91% said Yes

In context, that was cute. Someone would have to be very short on humor to find something wrong with that. Ironic that the article attempts to paint Cruz as someone who uses hysteria to garner support, when that's exactly what the article is doing.

Naturally, if it had been Obama or Clinton that looked a three year old in the eye and told her specifically that her world was on fire, it would still have been cute and funny, right?

(Oops . . . forgot I don't post politics anymore. Never mind.)

Of course. Did you watch the video?

Adults always think kids are cute when they do something unexpected. Do you think the little girl asked her question to appear cute?

It could have been funny if Cruz had laughed out loud, been self-deprecating and moved on. Instead he chose to look her square in the eye and restate that yes, her world was on fire. Not so funny.

What I thought was funny was watching Cruz realize that he had answered the child's question the way he did in front of cameras . . . and then stumble all over himself trying to down play his fire and brimstone image and assure the child that despite what he had just told her, her world really wasn't on fire . . . that all was well . . . .

I'll say one thing for Cruz, he's got the televangelist impersonation down pat.

Wow. She's 3 years old. One cute thing about kids is that age is that they don't yet grasp figurative speech (like an unfortunate number of adults these days). They take everything literally. That's cute to some people.

But don't worry. To a 3 year old, the importance of the world being on fire ranks slightly below whether she'll get ice cream after lunch. I had to laugh at the comments suggesting the parents be arrested for child endangerment. Now that's scary crazy talk. And an example of why the left is something to worry about.
