So 26,600 people will have to work 20 hours a week and search for a job in order to get $265 a month in Food Stamps. Glad I never bothered with food stamps or welfare (unemployment benefits, or even my veteran's benefits for that matter. I find the whole bureaucratic "benefits" process dehumanizing).

The process should be uncomfortable for food stamps and welfare. People should get nudged daily to improve their lot. As for your Veteran's benefits, you should be moved to the front of the line whenever health care is needed. Thank you for your service.

Everyday, 20 million people or so break the law by speeding. We can't possibly give every one of them a ticket, so we should just give up and let people drive at will, without rule of law, regardless of who their reckless driving kills. We can't stop all of them, so let's do nothing. Great plan.

Meanwhile, with 20 million health care freeloaders out of the system, costs go down, turn around time for care speeds up, quality of care goes up. A plethora of good things occur, and it all begins with a secure border, and enforcement of existing immigration policy.

But, you just sit there and do nothing, because you can't do it all at once, bam.

So now your cure for social ailments is a secure border and immigration enforcement? I'm willing to bet what you think we should do about immigration is far from existing policy.

Again you are making things up... mixing scare mongering tactics with hypocrisy. Welfare people don't T-bone people, but you should be careful what you ask for, even while using hyperbole to try to prove a point. It would be easy to give speeders tickets by using a simple monitoring device like what some insurance companies are using to determine who is a "good" driver, but it would be at the expense of personal freedom. Of course, you're against the government infringement on personal freedoms, but if we built roads with digital speed control technology, wouldn't that be the same? Not using this as a diversion, just as an example of perspective because your argument opens many cans of worms you apparently refuse to confront or just aren't aware of (but like you, I have to go to work and will have to reply later). Think in terms of your base position being lack of government intrusion, but then you argue how bad things would be without that intrusion.

I see you are now targeting "health Care freeloaders." Why the change?

Glad to see you are now deciding whose lives are more important than others...the ultimate intrusion. What make a soldier's health needs more important than a child's?

Wow, who gave you the sour pill this morning?

Yes. And if by 'now' you mean, 'for the last 15 years or so' then you are correct on both counts.

I like to come in this one once in a while to see how dumb the liberals are here.
Never fails to amuse me.

That's exactly the way I feel about conservatives when I read your extremist blogs, only your thinking is so far out, it's scary.

Well, you did when you gave vets permission to go to the front of the line for health care.

It can be quite entertaining, especially when they convince themselves that trampling on the Constitution is OK so as it's a Liberal or Democrat doing it.

I suppose if it was up to you, illegal aliens would at the front of the line instead.

Still tossing around non sequiturs and convincing yourself you know what's best for everyone, I see.

Hmm...I do not have any extremist blogs.
But no one tells you to read my blogs or any other blogs.

I guess your definition of extremist is different than mine. Calling the new Pope a "liberal/commie," and a "spawn of Satan" may not be that extremist, but it's more than "just a tiny bit right of center," as you describe yourself in your blog. But you come out of the extremist closet when you actively endorse people like Janna Brock and their over-the-top nonsense like this: "President Barack Obamaโ€™s foreign policy revolves around pushing Islam in all parts of the world, to the ruination of the United States and Israel, but also one of depraved debauchery. Obama is a sodomite. One so vile that he is now pushing as foreign policy a militant homosexual agenda, one that will be forced upon other countries." Hmm...maybe you're right...it's not extremist, it's just f*cking loony.

True. No one forces me to read anyone's blog, but you hype it so much in the "Friends" thread that I wanted to give it a fair chance. I've read it a few times just to make sure I didn't catch you on a bad day. But I didn't; you're pretty much the same all the time.

Why I ignore people like you.

Have you ever wondered why Liberals complain so much about conservative blogs, radio stations and other media outlets? why they go after them to the degree they do? I think it's because their incredibly intolerant, The Fairness Doctrine" for example was conceived from intolerance, so was the IRS targeting of conservative groups by the Obama administration, all of which was intended to suppress conservative speech, The most laughable part is, Liberals want us to think their on the side of free speech, when in reality they only support Freedom of speech when they agree with it.

Congrats on your blog BTW, I'll have to check it out. :)

Vets certainly should get to go before I do, as I did not serve. Offering up your life in service to your country should be a two way street; the soldier risks everything, and the soldier's country offers a high degree of support when the soldier needs it. Nothing wrong with that. Suggesting that babies die because I feel that way is one of them ther' non-sequturs you smart folk are always talking down to us non-edgeecated conservatives about.
