I don't see anybody in this thread defending Weinstein.

As far as Trump's bad behavior, I didn't know most of the stuff until it came out and yes, running for President the standards are higher than just some reality TV star. I didn't know he likes to mess around on his pregnant wife, or he likes to talk sexually about his own daughter, make fun of disabled people, talk down on POW's, and the endless list of him being a bum.

Here's another take, making 65 year old nuns purchase insurance for birth control and abortion that violates their conscience is unnecessary.

Lots of people don't need birth control,maternity coverage or other things their insurance covers. Jehovah's witnesses don't need blood transfusions. Christian scientists don't need ... lots of things. That's how insurance works.. For that matter, I don't have kids in school and 60% of my property taxes go towards the local education system.

It doesn't "violate their conscience" if they don't USE the services. "Freedom of religion" means the right to live by your religious beliefs, it does not mean "the right to force your religious beliefs on others", as it seems to be increasingly interpreted.

That's what I was thinking. The live table poker pros can make great money from a number of reasons, Like sponsorship, free buy-ins to tournaments, owning websites people will actually go to. But their big biggie is that 'suckers' want to play them.

Video Poker is a game is different than slots Slots are random (the payout are not). You pull and sit there. But Video Poker you make decisions (throwing out a card). BUT it is still a dang machine and machines can be programmed not to send out more cash than is put in.

I have heard video poker machines are addicting to hardcore live in vegas types.

Real poker is a game of skill - knowing the odds based on the info you have, managing your bankroll, reading your opponents... video poker, not so much. Players may have some choice, but like slots, I'm sure it's programmed to make it as addictive as possible and keep the advantage with the house.

No one is preventing you or your employer from providing insurance that cover reproductive care or abortions.

What right do you have to make someone who objects to abortions, purchase insurance that includes it for themselves or YOU.

Yeah.. making a devout Muslim or Hindu pay for your abortion is totally not making them violate their conscience.

Also, taxes are just like insurance.

And maybe insurance that saved some devout Muslim's life was paid by a company that received payments from someone who hates Muslims. Maybe a Jehovah's Witness paid premiums and the insurance paid for someone's blood transfusion. Maybe some devout Vegan paid premiums and insurance covered hospital stays where patients were served meat.
