Unless you are an expert in the field, some random person's unqualified opinion on a doctoral thesis is not that relevant.

There are all types of doctors. A doctor is not just a medical doctor. You can have a doctorate in many fields.

She is not a medical doctor. Who cares?

She's like two levels below Conventional MD which includes MCAT and/or Residency;

even foreigners who have to start studies all over when come to the states; start studies all over;

She's Two levels below regular Doctors.
Honestly would hold "DOs" higher than her.

Many professors are doctors in their fields.

There are probably far more doctors than medical doctors.

Many scientists have doctorates. They are not medical doctors.

To think a doctor has to be a medical doctor is simply uneducated.

It's interesting since, scientists are among the most underpaid fields in the US.
and yet, Doctorate, bet doesnt affect their pay that much.

Compare Dr Regular General Practitioner Anesthesiologist etc....

The definition of a doctor is that you hold a doctorate. A MD is a specific type of doctorate, but far from the only type.

I mean she is not Dr. Dre or Dr. Pepper...she actually does hold a doctorate.

You can disagree all you want. The law is the law.

If you are born to a US parent in a foreign country you either are or are not eligible. It doesn't matter if that is Canada, Kenya, or Zimbabwe.

I have a lot of family in Canada and am a dual citizen btw. Canada is great, but the law would have to be applied equally.
