To be fair, lets give credit where credit is due. When it comes to petty (revenue generating) crimes those same poor Black communities are over-policed, compared to White communities.

Between 1982 and 2016, 48 out of 83 mass shootings were initiated by White shooters. Compared to 14 by Blacks.

As I am actually working on solutions, and deal with persistent police harassment for exercising free speech, forgive me if I don't waste anymore of it on your issue caricatures.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump retweeted a bogus graphic purporting to show the percentage of whites killed by blacks and other homicide data delineated by race. Almost every figure in the graphic is wrong, some of them dramatically so.

Trump’s Twitter account retweeted the graphic on Nov. 22 without any explanation. The image shows a man hidden behind a bandanna pointing a gun under the heading “USA Crime Statistics — 2015″ and next to statistics that purport to show homicides by race.


We’re not going to speculate about how originators of the graphic may have twisted data to come up with incorrect figures, or what intent may have been behind those errors — though others have.

We’ll just provide some correct figures according to the latest data available on all homicides from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Uniform Crime Reports data, for 2014. The 2015 data won’t be released publicly until the fall of 2016.

In cases when the race of the perpetrator and victim were known, among the 3,021 white victims of murder in 2014, 2,488 of them were killed by white offenders, and 446 were killed by black offenders. Among the 2,451 black murder victims in 2014, 187 of them were killed by white offenders, and 2,205 were killed by black offenders. Here’s how the percentages work out:

Blacks killed by whites: 7.6 percent.

Whites killed by whites: 82.4 percent.

Whites killed by blacks: 14.8 percent.

Blacks killed by blacks: 90 percent.

As those figures show, the graphic’s claims about “whites killed by blacks” and “whites killed by whites” aren’t just a little off — they are grossly inaccurate. The data from 2013 is nearly identical, so none of the 2014 figures is a one-year anomaly.

The 2015 data won’t be released publicly until the fall of 2016, a spokesman for the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division told us.

If you just calculated the value of President Lincoln's '40 acres and a mule' settlement for Black soldiers who fought in the Union Army during the Civil War, that would be $6.4 trillion. So, even if there was no payment for slave labor, Lincoln's slave settlement, which was rescinded by (White) conservatives after he was assassinated, by a conservative, would have lifted the Black population out of poverty and changed the history of The U.S. for the better.

So, for a conservative, to sit back and laud over the number of Blacks on food stamps -with a don't blame 'whitey' punchline, speaks to another horrible legacy of slavery... the hollowing-out of the slaver's humanity.

When you have no soul. No conscience, or sense of inter-generational responsibility, you bear no appreciation for the past and no concern for the world you leave to future generations. So I have no words for you, other than to say The World Is About To Change.

I absolutely agree with you @eyedomainous, I was going to bring up that very point. If Gilsan gave a little thought to how we got here he'd see that slavery was the biggest "Welfare" project in the US, Gilsan's issue is really with our lazy forefathers and not the needy children of today.

Even with a Hufington Post chart it's easy to make the maths:
12.5% of the population receives 25.7% of Food Stamps. That's quite staggering!

"EVER" or "ON" makes no difference... Blacks are the #1 recipients.
