I can kinda tell where the next phase is going, let’s see, we failed to prove squat, let’s see if our commentators and analysts can make enough influence that the American people will believe us. Another fail IMO

While the bread and circuses keep the uninformed American mob entertained, the US senate just unanimously put the USA on the fast track to eventual military conflict with China. The Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019 is barely a blip on the screen, as the drugged up and Marxist-trained public focuses on the Orange Devil Man.

Whether one thinks conflict with China is a good idea or not, it's not a small thing - and should be front page news. It will probably catch most Americans by surprise. Not least because the US is totally unprepared for any real war. They cry when people call them by the wrong pronoun... can't imagine how they will react when the electrical grid goes out.

Oh boy.

"However, the two chambers of Congress need to work out the differences between the two versions of the legislation before it can be sent to President Donald Trump for approval."

Real war, lol. You don't kill off your best customers.

there will never be a war between the US and China, or any other countries that have nukes, it would end one way, a big hole in the earth depicting where life used to live.

If the Democratic Party actually files an impeachment like the media is saying they will. it will be the biggest joke on them since Donald Trump won the Presidency. One would think they learned from the last spanking.

Biden up 10.2%, you guys aren't spanking anybody. Trump getting spanked by other world leaders.

Only 6 Gilsan? Just a mini-breakdown, @GILSAN getting worn down.

Forgot, we have another Dem debate tonight

"MSNBC and The Washington Post are hosting the debate, which is scheduled to start at 9 p.m. ET and last for two hours."

Not so sure about that. All China has to do is take out a few satellites and the US war machine will be lost. There are lots of alternatives to nuclear. That said, there is always the risk that the losing side may decide they have nothing more to lose.

Aside from one day in NY, Americans have never faced the prospect of real war. That's why they keep prodding.

“One side may decide they have nothing to lose” is exactly why there will never be a war between nuclear powers, all sides already know the reality of the outcome.

Conventional war is not an option, it would turn nuclear, I guess some tit for tat cyber stuff could go on, China would not want to shut the grid in US , we would return the favor, and here again, the strong possibility of a full blown nuclear could begin.

The US could return the favor, but the US is also way more dependent on the grid than China is, especially outside the cities. In some places, they would barely notice it. Ditto with the internet. The American public will cave long before the Chinese will.

The more likely scenario may be a battle over the South China Sea. Limited, involving proxy forces mostly. And the US will come out of it looking weak and undependable, because there is really no appetite among Americans for war anymore, despite Imperial Commander Enlytend's fervor.

But, there is no telling what form war takes once it starts. Which is why it's not a good idea in the first place.

destabilization techniques are being played by all nuclear powers against one another in some form or fashion most all the time.

it was destabilizing Russia over a period of time that forced Russia to change their form of government.

Proxy’s in the South China Sea wouldn’t really do anything except expose classified information among the two. I don’t think either wants to expose to much to the other.

Normally with Any other president I would 100% agree with you and that there would be 0% chance of going into any kind of a conventional war with another super power.

Trump is the only Wild card in this scenario that makes me feel really uneasy about a possible war with another super power.
I feel there is always that chance that Trump could have a catastrophic meltdown one day and really screw the pooch.

Honestly and sadly if the internet was to be knocked out in the USA ... today's millennials would panic and some might commit suicide.
Chinese would brush it off as their conditioned for hardship like WE USE TO BE.
With that said you nailed it with the quoted post.
