Not at all.
They are private businesses - you choose to visit and use their platforms. They’re also free (aside from paid YouTube) - you play by their rules. As a consumer of a free service you have no grounds to dictate how they run their business. Don’t like it, don’t use it.
They are NOT playing by the rules of fairness. They are only playing by the rules of Liberalism and biased against conservative voices. They have become too big and need their wings clipped... and the sooner the better.

And it's NOT for free as I have to pay every month to have internet!!!

The same Liberals that defend them are the same ones that criticize a Christian baker for refusing to bake a Gay wedding cake, but will say fu*k all when Muslim Bakers refuse the exact same thing to a gay couple!

Hypocrisy has no limits in Liberal Land!

Opinion: Time for G.O.P. to Threaten to Fire Trump
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/12/24/opinion/impeach-fire-president-trump.html

(I can predict which of you won't read past the first paragraph, but he lays out his reasoning well.)

Read from The New York Slimes? No thanks!!!

THAT SAID:
I do wish all a very happy holiday season - whichever your celebrate or choose not to. In the end, we all want the same things out of life - we just disagree vehemently on how best to achieve them.
You mean Merry Christmas???

Huge Backlash After 11-Year-Old Boy Dressed in Drag Promoted by Media as ‘Future of America’ (VIDEO)
The mainstream media received a huge backlash for promoting an 11-year-old “drag kid” as the ‘future of America.’
11-year-old Desmond Napoles, who goes by the stage name, “Desmond is Amazing,” is a prepubescent boy who performs drag and participates in various LGBT rallies.

Desmond appeared on “Good Morning America,” last month wearing a wig, dress, high heels and makeup and the audience cheered as he performed for them.

That's the disingenuous answer that the left likes to give. And it evades addressing the issue completely. If the shoe were on the other foot and the right were using this argument to censor the left, the song would be very different indeed.

When a company has such dominance over the media and means of communications, it's a dangerous thing. The left used to be very vocal about corporate dominated media, in fact. This is yet another example of where hatred of those with other opinions overrides principals.

So far as Thomas Friedman, he is the left's equivalent of Sean Hannity. If I were to post one of Hannity's articles calling it "well-reasoned" would you even click the link? There are people on the left who can present reasoned opinions. Why not link to one of them?

@Domainace

I felt Julian Epstein guest on Tuckers show was rational.

https://www.namepros.com/threads/the-nps-official-usa-political-thread.764342/page-1213#post-7032262

“Julian Epstein, who served as chief Democratic counsel on the House Judiciary Committee, said the misconduct of FBI officials is "an abuse" and significant.

However, he said people should not "exaggerate the significance" of that abuse.”

The Tragedy of Cultural Relativism...
One of the female Scandinavian hiker victims who was raped and murdered by Islamic State supporters in Morocco previously posted a video on her Facebook page showing a bearded Muslim man urging people to "never judge people by their appearance."

Diane Abbott's disastrous illegal immigration interview...
This pathetic, low IQ woman graduated from Cambridge and could become the next Home Secretary, if Labour wins the next UK elections. Let that sink in....

Affirmative action in action!!!

Potus on Christmas Eve / Christmas:
walltweet.png

Fact Check:

"Trump can’t award construction contracts. U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers award contracts for border wall construction after Congress approves funding and months have gone into planning."

https://www.apnews.com/fdb90c0d40254665982271e12254a65e

And nobody knows where that "115 miles" came from either.

Not to mention, the shutdown. Oh - and the procurement offices would have been closed for the holiday. Details, details ....

And for all you Google doubters who think they don't show your favorite sites, here's what I got when I looked for that quote - I see Fox and Breitbart in the "top stories" news results. And Fox in the videos.

Anyone shocked? As if anyone didn't know that was a bogus exemption ...
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/12/26/us/politics/trump-vietnam-draft-exemption.html

So now what we're going to get a chorus of - "his daughters were making it up" "they're lying"

But while your friends, brothers, fathers, grandfathers, were in 'Nam being shot at and dying, He who was born with his ass on a golden toilet was home winning bowling trophies. How brave of him - to suffer the rugged bowling alley environment while dealing with the agony of heel spurs.

Let that sink in.

And not once in two years has he visited our troops overseas.

This is great - fits right in with the rest of "The Emperor's New Clothes"...

You mean Merry Christmas???

Qual das palavras “whichever you celebrate” você não entendeu?

I’m assuming we also have Jewish, Hindi, atheist and even (gasp) Muslim members in this forum. Tis the season to be inclusive.

That's the disingenuous answer that the left likes to give. And it evades addressing the issue completely.

(FFS is that your favorite big word???)
Not at all. Let me explain it slowly, with bullet points:

  • Google, Facebook and Twitter are private businesses that you choose to patronize.
  • They offer a free service.
  • They have rules.
  • If you want to use the free service, you follow the rules.
  • This is legal.
  • Nothing stopping you from building your OWN platform and offering your OWN free service to like-minded folks only, if that’s how you want it. Go for it!
  • Your ISP is a service provider who you pay to have access to various communication channels of your choice - websites, messaging, etc.
  • They are the ultimate “gatekeeper” to your life online, whether you’re visiting Facebook or gatewaypundit.
  • Government communication (FCC) laws dictate what they are and are not allowed to do.
  • The reclassification of SMS / MMS gives ISPs new legal rights to control or monitor your messages.
Better?

The correct process would be to design and grow your business espousing an objective, fair sounding mantra like, "do no evil' and then, after achieving dominance via the help of everyone's consent, to 'do evil' to those who do not agree with management's political bias.

Funny, I don’t hear any “trump-ettes ” bragging about the wonderful things he’s doing for the economy and how great their 401ks are looking this week...

Democrats are for open borders. Most major democrat cities are sanctuaries for illegal immigrants including wanted criminals, people who've been deported multiple times for crimes and are ineligible for citizenship.

Fashionable democrats advocate abolishing law enforcement including ICE and changing the focus of Border Patrol employees into welcoming / processing

When Obama was elected, every democrat was in favor of immigration reform. Most were willing to fund a wall. You're a tool for repeating DNC talking points or a fool for not understanding what your political masters are advocating.

If walls are immoral and don't work, why isn't the DNC demanding they be removed in CA and NM? Walls funnel traffic to areas that are easily monitored.

Nobody has flip flopped, stop repeating what Chump tells you, stop lying. We're not for open borders, we're for not wasting money on a wall. Same thing Trump's Chief of Staff said "What they need is more manpower, and more technology, and more willingness to enforce the law as it exists today."

Shocked to find a liberal gloating about a stock market downturn.

Same tools falsely claiming Trump can't replace the fed members are the same tools that cheered Janet Yellen for cooperating with Obama.

GDP still growing.

The only relevant question is: Who's going to build that wall ? Follow the money.

Also, any president should have to cope with an adverse Congress at some point, just like Congress has to cope with a big bully, but much less qualified.
After all he has had 2 years with Republicans controlling all levers of government. The party is over.

It is amazing how ecstatic left wing nut jobs get when people have a bad week.

"You guys", "they", "those people"

You have a problem with generalizing about people.

Yes they do. Always the same sources from far-right fringe sites, they know these are trash but obviously they enjoy being brainwashed. They will listen to whomever tells them what they want to hear.

the President could redirect funds from most executive branch budgets and raise 10 to 21 billion. There wold be lawsuits buy the precedent was set by GW Bush and again by Barack Obama.
