i have always trusted marks tools and also recommended anyone to trust on them but even though if you still have a problem follow the basic steps i thought might help

Change your password in telhosting, use marks tool and then change the password back to normal
DomainMonster.com
Create another free account on domainmonster.com have an internal transfer of that specific domain
its very easy.
Step 1 : Make a new account, and request for the domain name from the previous account.

Step 2 : go back to the main account before authorizing the transfer login and take backup of the .tel you wish to transfer, once backup is dont shift the let the domain go to the other account.
Step 3 : login to the secondary account get the username and password for telhosting, click on
.tel Applications
Your .tel Login details
These details may be required by some of the applications listed below.
Username:

Password:
XXXXXXXXXXXX
use that, create the ads once its done, and u see the ads on the .tel domain.tel then just take backup again, and logout, go to your primary account request for the domain name again and and log back there and authorize it, once transferred just restore the data back tot he same .tel and there you go

Create a new user of telhosting,
Step one login to your name.com account on the lower side u will see Manage CTH accounts Click that
Create a New Community TelHosting (CTH) Account
Then you will see Transfer Domains Between CTH Accounts:
Choose the user where the domain name is, and in the other choose the user which u just made and transfer it there, normal you don't have to worry about losing data but incase you still want to be extra precocious, just backup and restore later.
for other registrars i don't know neither wish too i love Domainmonster and Name.com
