It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it. B-)

Here are some that I picked up in last couple of days:

Alexandria.pro

Anchorage.pro

Arlington.pro

Belfast.pro

Birmingham.pro

Budapest.pro

Durham.pro

Fairfax.pro

Italian.pro

Lisbon.pro

Fire away with your regs after the relaunch on September 8th, 2008.

I don't have any problems to turn Autorenewal OFF...
I do this operation a few times weekly in a bulk at contract.ionos.com

OK. Let's do together send this request (implement "BULK NS changing") to solutions AT ionos.com every week
I don't need Bulk NS so often...
I rarely transfer-in the expired domains with their "expired" nameservers.

And only number of customers is counted... how many customers ask it...
No any reasons to repeat requests from the same person... they are not counted.

Really strangely...

@Joe Styler
See above about Vanilla...
And is it so hard after ~16 years to add full support of .PRO on your Auctions platform?
Mission impossible or you just hate Afilias, or what???
It is not impossible and of course we do not have any bad feelings towards Afilias but we have a lot of requests from customers and things we ourselves would like to do and only so many resources to get things developed. It is a decent amount of work and has not made it to the top of our development list against other priorities. I do not see it happening any time soon.

@Joe Styler
Are you aware that mid XX,XXX .PRO domains are under GoDaddy and you lose the dropped domains without any .PROfit?
Because no any expired auctions...

Yes but it goes back to my point. If we have a limited amount of resources we cannot do everything. We can only do what we have the resources to do. We prioritize those resources based on 2 main factors. Customer satisfaction and Return on Investment for the P&L. If we have other projects that will make a few hundred thousand or a million customers happier we prioritize that over ones that will help a couple hundred or thousands of customers. If we have a project that can make us millions of dollars we prioritize that over ones that can make us thousands. It would be irresponsible of us to act otherwise.

I still don't understand - what resources are needed here...
All other Afilias TLDs are supported, even very minor in terms of their size - but only .PRO is excluded...
Donuts TLDs are offered on Auctions, but .PRO (significantly larger than almost all Donuts TLDs) is excluded...
Really abnormal case... no doubts here.

I understand only regarding .TOP
Where GD is not even accredited after 5+ years.

Such changes Epik does within days or maximum weeks...
But for GoDaddy even ~16 years are not enough...

Like @ParkingCrew, @Dynadot is also Amazon based...
So don't park/forward there - if Russian buyers are important for you...

Ranking on UniRegistry Market is not ideal but good, at acceptable level.
.PRO can be found by endusers without efforts.
If BIN is set.
If just MakeOffer - Uni ranks .PRO somewhere at the bottom of the offered results per keyword.
