The .PRO Discussion

[InvisionTech]

It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

Here are some that I picked up in last couple of days:

Alexandria.pro

Anchorage.pro

Arlington.pro

Belfast.pro

Birmingham.pro

Budapest.pro

Durham.pro

Fairfax.pro

Italian.pro

Lisbon.pro

Fire away with your regs after the relaunch on September 8th, 2008.

[DNScholar]

This year only two reported sales in Namebio:
Bailbonds . pro $3500
Bicycle . pro $3892

[Jurgen Wolf]

Many .PROs are regularly selling via escrow.com, nic.ru, a few Polish marketplaces etc. and never reported.
Via NB you see only upperside of .PRO-iceberg...

Correct, most sales are not reported publicly.

What does .Pro actually mean. Pro as in Professional, Products, Provision, Promotion ???

No bashing please. I am New in the biz. Just learning. Thanks

Most English speakers would probably think "professional", right?

Lisk Dapps
Lisk Dapps are blockchain based decentralized applications which run on a custom sidechain. They are secured by a group of 101 master nodes elected by the dapp's owner, and operate using the same Delegated-proof-of-stake (DPOS) consensus mechanism as the parent Lisk network.
