It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

In this week's DNJournal sales report, it was reported that Juegos-Gratis.com (free games in Spanish) sold for $24,255.

I'm offering a free Game.pro tee shirt in your size mailed anywhere in the world to the person who comes up with the best ending to the statement below in 25 words or less.

The tee shirt was designed by me, it has a dark green circuit board Game.pro logo on a light army green background. You can see a picture of the tee shirt by clicking on the link in my signature.

GAME.pro is a first rate domain. I, the seller, felt regret the moment agreement was reached. Though I considered breaching, such would have lie outside my moral comfort zone. My only solace, came later, in realizing that the domain would come to rest in the deserving, and on many levels, better, hands of Andrew.....Congrats!

On a side note, I wish to report my Sedo sale of Spanish.pro for 500 USD. Regrettably, DNJournal's minimum sales reporting levels remain tied to better economic times, such that this sale, which closed 9/9/2009, does not otherwise warrant their reporting.

In other news: I marked most (if not all) my domains at hostway NOT to auto renew, I logged back in today to find many of them switched back to AUTO RENEW: ON - what a retarded registrar. There is no way to mass select NO AUTO RENEW! So you have to sit there, do each one by one on their slow as hell system.

I picked up Claim.pro and Claims.pro on the drop at Snapnames yesterday for $49 each. Zuriko sold these .pros for $2,000 each two years ago to website developer in the UK called Andy Hugh. We got talking and I sold him Compensation.pro for £500 GBP so I know the Claim.pro and Claims.pro sales were genuine. Last month he bought Hugh.com on Sedo for $25,000. It looks like he's dropping Compensation.pro, it expired a couple of days ago.

Did anybody complete a .pro transfer from Domain People to Encirca?

I would like to move all my .pro domains from Domain People to Encirca, so I tried with one of them first.

I have received and confirmed a mail from Encirca 4 days ago, but none from Domain People yet... :gl:

Yes, I moved several .pros from DomainPeople to Encirca. You won't get anything from DomainPeople. If there are any problems Encirca will contact you. I'm sure you already did this, but you need to unlock your domain at DomainPeople and give Encirca the right auth code when you start the transfer.
