mellowmasher said:Now you mention it. Do you think giving something back made up for your bad deal??
The person purchased your name and it doesn;t matter how you dress up the fact you gave the person something...
You was wrong ......................

Toilet Monster said:yes - thats why he has all the right to leave negative feedback.

mellowmasher said:Its not bull............. Thats why you was banned
Toilet Monster said:right.. so giving a refund is unsafe.

oh well lets end this..mellowmasher said:LMFAO you are not getting it are you![]()
You could have given back free candy and chocolate for a year but the fact remains..............
You should have sold the frigging name in the first place ........ DUH
Toilet Monster said:I'm banned - fine
Exactly. He should have accepted this mistake. And that would be quite different. I hope he learned a lesson now.Kath said:It is foolish not to set a reasonably high reserve. Besides, you could be banned from Sedo for doing just the same thing. Maybe it's not too late to set things right... act now.
Toilet Monster said:ohhh I've been banned on BQB
I didn't sell owew.com, the auction ended for $96
the paypal payment was all messed up, I gave a refund, partially because I didn't want to sell it, now I'm banned.
I deserve a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK instead of a BAN - that's what feedback is for isn't it?
I even offered the dude some money to make up for wasting his time, but there's NO WAY I'd sell a premium name like owew.com which is worth easily $400++ for $96.
what do you guys think? fair that I'm banned or did the buyer just have to give me a neg feedback?
Toilet Monster said:thing is - I'm not sure if I'd use BQB ever again, as the interest in domains is very low.
All sales I've made there are with losses, I don't think I'd list any more names there.
I prefer sedo/forums to sell stuff.
Congrats, you've just ruined your reputation. Reputation is your best asset in this business.Toilet Monster said:thing is - I'm not sure if I'd use BQB ever again, as the interest in domains is very low.

Sorry to see that you decided to bring your shameful behavior to the attention of this forum. After knowing that Reece had banned you from Bqb I promised myself to turn this sad page and leave it in the past. But I just cannot stand your absolute lack of guilt, presenting yourself as a victim in front of your fellow domainers.
I am “the dude” that won the auction at Bqb for owew.com. Twice you refunded my payments through Paypal, trying to disguise your actions as a paypal “receiving limits exceeded”. However, the notifications from paypal were clear in the fact that it was YOU who had made the refund, not them. When asked what the problem was, you made up of sort of childish excuses like saying that you didn’t have a machine fax to send an ID requested by paypal to validate your account.
It soon became clear to me that you were not only trying to cancel the auction that I won, but that you were even trying to avoid a negative feedback, by presenting your rejection as a paypal problem and not as your own decision.
For two weeks, you accumulated lie over lie, and not satisfied with that, proposed me to complete the transaction through Sedo escrow, and asked me to make an offer there, telling me that in that way you wouldn’t need to use your papal account.
After some hesitation, because I hadn’t bought a word of what you were telling me, I made an offer at Sedo for the same amount I had won the auction at Bqb.
After this, you not only didn’t accept my offer, but instead decided TO SEND THE DOMAIN TO AUCTION. So you sent to auction a domain that you had already sold!
I am a peaceful and reasonable man, but there are limits to what you can stand. You not only lied repeatedly to me but finally laughed at my faced. I still feel angry and insulted. Even so, I wouldn’t have mentioned anything in this forum if you had not decided to come here and repeat your lies. You are now insulting all the members of this forum by throwing to them your own distorted version of the facts. I kept a screen print of the whole messages board for this transaction, and I will put it online for everyone to know your shameful behavior if you insist in your lies.
I know you are very young as it shows clearly in your actions, but you need to grow up really fast if you want to regain the respect of this community.
