Read it. He said he arrested an 8 year old (and a 7 year old) before as he was assaulting this 6 year old. The sicko congratulated her on breaking his record. I am sure, you as a human being find this evil and depraved.

So here's the thing. Lots of people saw this child being assaulted by a grown man and did nothing to stop it. There are 2 possible reasons for this. One is that they are well-trained sheep who accept authority no matter what that authority does. The other is that they were afraid to act because of what the police would do to them if they interfered - a reasonable fear. But either one reflects very poorly on the country. And these are not isolated incidents.

#2A is supposed to allow the same weapons as the military uses. It's not a self-defense or hunting right. It's an absolute right and needed to keep a corrupt Gov in check.

The desperation on that stage is intense!
    Pocahontas is cutting off everyone.
Little Mike keeps getting stepped on.
Biden finally woke up after sleeping on stage for half hour.
Klobuchar still taking the FACT road.

Also get some some hand sanitizer and face masks before they run out, in case the panic jumps in...

Here in Europe, the price of face masks on Amazon have skyrocketed in the past week...

Actually the normal flu's mortality rate is aprox. 0,1%, so the Coronavirus (2%) has a considerably higher mortality rate.

Deputy Health Minister of Iran tests positive for coronavirus.
Well, well, well, this must be so embarrassing. Immediately after telling the media that everything is under control, the Deputy Health Minister of Iran has tested positive for coronavirus...

Wonder how many more government officials and others he's already infected?

I was in China during SARS situation. In Hong Kong when it broke out there, in Guangzhou when it broke there, and Beijing when it broke there. I started to wonder if I was the one carrying it around. Business ground to a halt, and I was stopped at airports, on highways, at apartment buildings to have my temperature checked. I was refused by all hotels in one town, and had to sneak in through the back with the help of friends. Lost a ton of business, like many people.

Yes, the mortality rate is worse than the flu, but still mostly older or sick people getting hit. Either way, we all die someday. Ridiculous to try to stop the world over a fairly minor risk.

That one example alone. How many people will be put out of work, or have trouble putting food on the table for their kids? Presumably the couple came in through a crowded airport, on a crowded plane, and had contact with plenty of people out side the hotel. All this for a virus with symptoms so mild for most people that maybe 70% will never realize they had it.

My wife was talking about taking advantage of some of the super cheap airfares. But then we realized we might be rejected entry to our destination because we flew from Japan. That would be a long, wasted trip.

I stand corrected, 0.1% on Influenza.

I think at the current 2% fatality that corona virus has is low with all things considered. it being a new virus and all, when the Ebola was diagnosed in Dallas Tx, then the two nurses and i believe a doctor was infected, that was really kind of scary, although the initial victim died, the nurses and doctor did survive and recover, the mere thought of an Ebola outbreak in Texas was very troubling due to the complications that Ebola brings.

provided the corona virus continues to stay at 2% fatality rate, i think we can get through it with minimal casualties and perhaps get a vaccine of some sort for it.

Yeah, i am expecting to see very low airfares before to long, countries being proactive and doing quarantine and all that is good today, not so much long term though IMO, doctors should be collecting a lot of data on the virus with every hour that goes by and be able to more predict an accurate pattern or forecast of possible outbreaks, city epidemics and so forth very very soon, that will either loosen or tighten down the fear and quarantine procedures , i think we should know somewhat where all this going within the next two weeks.

That's true... 2% is still a manageable mortality rate, when compared to Ebola which is a frightening 40%. Still, the Coronavirus has been able to create a fair amount of panic and disruptions in many sectors, but as Domainace says, it affects mostly older and sick people, so... I have nothing to worry about since I'm only 70 years old!

2% you could be talking hundreds of thousands dead. Especially in places like India.

Phase 1 of the cure is being fast tracked.
We're way ahead of other country's on the cure which has been discovered 44 days ago.

Remdesivir, the drug being tested at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, was previously tested in humans for Ebola and in animals for MERS and SARS.

In the US 60,000 die annually of the common flu, so if the CoronaVirus were to hit the US hard it could result in 1 million deaths, but that's only an if
