Years ago when i started my Real Estate Journey i thought buying a house is a far dream, not talking about buying commercial and multi family properties you need millions to be in the game,
Within the years i learned that you don't need to have money to buy real estate,
you need to master it! learn the business, and build a base of investors, there are many ways to buy properties without money, including, financing, private loans, partners, balance of sales, lease to own and tenants pay it, etc any many others...
And within recent years i was able to build a nice portfolio mainly multi family with all kind creative financing structures, without me needing to invest money.
Premium Domains, are online property, and techniques that is popular in commercial real estate might be used in domains as well.
Lets take an example a domain like Bank.com Banking.com, or similar in Top Tier.
those domains sit on top of a 200 Trillion Global Banking Market (by 2045 500 Trillion), The potential and ceiling for such Tier domains in next 20 years is unlimited
if one of the top Global banks, with over 200B in revenue decide that they absolutely want this domain, to have the front door, and to be the top leader of the global banking Market, the potential is the sky... could sell in next 20 years, for hundred of millions, or even billions
but in the same time, the risk is also high and it just might not sell, or AI will change type in traffic, and so on...
The big money in domains: the really big money in domains is in Tier 1 ultra premium domains, killer domains, category defining assets, like AI.com, L.com, LL.com, LLL.com Insurance.com, Cars.com, hotels.com with decade years of appreciation
the appreciation rate those assets increased in last years, and has potential in next decade to be valued hundreds of millions or even billions...
The best chance to 7,8,9 figures is to build a ultra premium domain portfolio
but those are all taken, and if not, they are extremely expensive.
so lets see what option and opportunity can still be done in todays days.

5. agree on price now, and give deposit, and pay in years, when the domain is worth much more
6. find a user to lease, rent, to cover the monthly payments
7. Build solid base of Domain Brokers and Buyers,
if you really master it, you will be able to aquire top Tier premium domains, without money, and minimizing the risk,
