Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

Great buy for UDRP.com! With the way it's involved in domaining and the huge business that comes with UDRP cases 16 grand is a super steal. Surely all those who'll get slapped with a UDRP for the first time will check it in Google and with proper optimization it'll send a lot of frightened and panicking clients screaming "HELP!" his way. He'll be able to get back 16k in no time flat. lol.

Average sale prices on eBay for February were down against January's average. This is the second consecutive monthly price drop. Here's an analysis of trends over the past 12 months. As always, I've excluded domains selling for more than $100 as I consider them outliers on eBay. All averages below are based on trendlines calculated from weekly figures, so smoothing out irregularities.

Over the past 12 months mean prices rose at an average rate of about $0.06 a month, a total of $0.71 over the period. The trend showed a rise from $12.77 to $13.48, which is a rise of 5% based on the midpoint.

Over the past 9 months mean prices rose at an average rate of about $0.83 a month.

Over the past 6 months mean prices rose at an average rate of about $0.32 a month.

Over the past 3 months mean prices fell at an average rate of about $2.91 a month.

Monthly means were -

Average remaining registration rose slightly over the 12-month period. This rise deducts about 7 cents from the monthly price rise, converting it to an effective price drop of about $0.01 a month.

Average domain quality also rose over the 12-month period. This rise adds about 13 cents to the monthly price drop, bringing the effective price drop up to about $0.14 a month.

Sales volume on eBay was substantially down during February. The volume for February was 266 domains compared to a monthly average of 483 domains for the preceding 11 months.

Not on resale level though. Pepe.com was quite a quick flip for the buyer that took it for $15,000 from Bido! That is over $45k in profits! Well done!

Btw, just a question. Has anyone tried to contact a potential end user in China? I was able to get XUOE.com and found out the .net is a Chinese website. Wanted to offer the .com to them. Any advice guys on how to go about this?
