Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

I will start with todays` Sedo confirmed sales:

FISE.com 2,700 Euros
TSRT.com US $760
VEUP.com US $1,700


Also, I found interesting to see this average LLLL, getting bids up to $51 and reserve not me. It says it all.

I would appreciate some input on a possible buy. I am looking at a pronouncable VCVC.com. It has no meaning as far as I know, but seems to be a quite common last name and has 12 million Google results.

It begins with a V and then three premiums in the pattern ABA. An example would be VERE.

Seller's asking price is $2,400. I know it is difficult to tell without knowing the exact name, but do you think this seems like a good buy or nothing special?

Its kind of hard to give an honest answer without knowing the domain name in full, but it dose not sound cheap given the V.

Would someone pay a lot more for it if they wanted it?

My suspicion is that its fully priced ATM.

Thanks for the advice. It may be fully priced. Estibot values it in the $xx,xxx, but that may be based mostly on the many Google search results.

Last names/surnames are quite tricky IMO. If someone wants it bad enough they will pay. It dose surprise me that many surnames sit unregged, or are hard to sell, whilst others are very expensive and hard to come by.

Yes, I totally agree about last names. Some people badly want their own last name.com and are willing to pay quite a lot, while others are not interested at all... No way to be sure about it.

In your case, it does seem to be an expensive last name :lol:

my last name is a one of the words in "Taj Mahal" and I tried getting in touch with .com owner but to of no response.. Mahal is term used in hindi for Royal Palace :D

tell me about it.. sorry for dragging last name discussion bit too far, however my company name is Soofi Web Services, part of Soofi Group, so I tried contacting Soofi,com ,net ,org owners as well but they wont budge about selling it..

And if you think the last name you are about to purchase is quite popular out there, then just go for it cuz low $xxxx amount is quite inexpensive for that kind of purchase.

The group company name is "Soofi Group" and then we have different companies under it, one is online company and rest three are offline businesses.. so I got SoofiGroup,com :D that's not bad either IMO, just that Soofi,com would have looked much better and shorter

I think estibot has some serious "issues".

That would be an end user price, if you were very lucky to find the end user in the first place.

I have never had much luck with Estibot, I find that is overestimates most of the time! I would say $5-10 max for that domain.
