We need this one too guys :)

This guide will also help LLLL.com holders to understand more the value of their 4 letters .com based on how expensive the similar 3 letters .com are.

From:

http://3character.com/priceguide.html

Pricing Guide for 3-Letter (Composed Of Letters Only) Domains:

Current Observed Minimum Wholesale Price (regardless of letter combo) as of February 1, 2008:

3-Letter .com - $6700 (+ $300 since January 1, 2008 report)

But I consider their guide a bit old since they are not taking in consideration the emergenging countries that appreciate other letters and as we have run a poll here several times lately, the majority of people consider the letters U
and W to be Premium letters.

Let`s have a look at some recent LLL.com sales as reported from NameBio.com :

LLL.com dumping like knifes on 4.cn

AFAIK, it's 4.cn (Goldenname, midai.com, ..) itself that holds these domains after been collecting them in the last years and going in their own market buying domains.

seems that money is getting scarce...
https://www.4.cn/hotsale/event/tag/170

all CHIPs and going for $22k and above.

go after them quickly

a few of them i sold for more than $60k back in Nov15 and now are going for 1/3... talk about easy money, big domain holders and great sales stories... nothing like a bearmarket to show that this is a hard business also.

I don't know if I am allowed to share unreported sales here,

PIO.COM , The domain was for sale on SquadHelp.com. The domain was priced at $120000/$12500, I knew the seller, an Indian Domainer residing in UAE( He did not confirm the sale, neither i asked him).

ZEE.COM , The domain had BIN of $750000 on BrandBucket.com, the domain is now developed and acquuired by ZEE entertainment, an Indian media conglomerate.

There are 44 LLL.com at Brandbucket now, and 1LLN.com

Cheers!!

NameJet is aware. If they choose to ignore the warning, that's because the domain has been laundered via a sale. But that won't make it clean.

i see this as the unwinding of positions after the bubble pop at the end of 2015. however, the puzzling thing is that this is happening in counter-cycle with the economy. it has gone way to low to not mean that a substantial top has been put in place but the length of it without a major pullback it's really a rare thing.

i am justifying with with two things:
1) money been diverted to the sink hole of ngTLDs
2) money being diverted to crypto market that has become a huge bubble. we only need to look at so many domainers talking about investments in cryptos to make the connection.
