When a seller sells a domain name to a buyer with a gd account but seller does not have nor want or need a gd account etc

I unlock the domain and then give buyer authorisation code etc and that's it

I don't much care if buyer wants to transfer the domain to their account on the moon - they'll be doing it at their expense

But if I sell a domain that still has a few months left before renewal required etc
I do not need to purchase a gd transfer ticket nor do I need to enter in to an gd agreement and agree to gd terms and conditions

If a buyer chooses to have a gd account that requires the seller to pay for transfer ticket within 5 days etc or the transfer will not go through? Guess what lol the transfer will not go through

If they both have a GD account then why not simply do a push? (domain name ownership transfer)

I am more than happy with the registrars I currently use - gd not being one of them

Customer service always more important than price

OK so I 10 bucks a. Com but we'll worth it if the customer service at the registrar is good

I agree that sometimes paying a little more is better than hours of poor or non existent service and support.

Before they had a uk office it was either phoning the states and trying to remember the customer reference number which I never could lol and then trying to remember the difficult password made difficult to remember as has to have this that and the other etc in password

    It wasn't pleasant lol

People like effortless instant and easy live chat box etc nice and simple just how it should be

My experience of gd back then was anything but pleasant and making the seller pay for something they don't need eg a transfer ticket etc has done nothing to endear me to them now lol
