I looked around np for a thread that was already started but I didn't find one. This article says the internet is running out of IP addresses. Is this good, bad or indifferent for domainers?

I don't think it concerns domain name.
Domain name is simply pointing arrow, sort of, to ip addresses.

When IPv4 changes to IPv6, domain name will simply point the arrow to new IPv6 based ip addresses.
