The domain has been automatically renewed

Hello guys,
The domain has been automatically renewed, and I don't want to renew it on the sav platform. How can I contact them?

Renew is irreversible, you cannot revert it. Turn off autorenew if you don't want similar surprises in the future. You can contact them via chat or ticket but it will not change anything.

Thank you, I contacted support, and they informed me that a refund is possible, as long as 5 days have not passed. Deleting the domain will be sufficient for them to process the refund

Hi,
If they delete the name you will lose it completely, and not be able to transfer it to where you would like to renew it. I would double-check this with SAV.

To make u feel better; i had happen with Godaddy once; GD charges $22.17 for one year .com renewal

It was “2 years” so i ended up paying almost $50
