What are the must have WP hacks/plugins?

Ive never used it before and have it installed on something, any hacks or plugins that are must haves?

"Evermore" - Abbreviate all posts when viewed on multiple post pages. This makes all posts behave as if there is a “<!–more–>” after the first paragraph.

So it doesn't shows the full article on the index page. It displays 4 or 5 lines and puts a more.. Link at the end.

I like the "Related Posts" mod because it does wonders for SEO and revenue.
