Auto update plugin ....Wordpress

I am wondering if there are any auto updating plugins that i can add to a wordpress site , not just for games ....all types

If there are any such plugins would they attach to a rss feed ?

I see sites on flippa boasting auto updating so i am wondering how to go about it ??

There are a load of rss plugins you can modify to suit your needs, they will usually need embedding in a page and will show the realtime feed. Is that what you were thinking of, or did you need something that takes feeds and converts them to posts in your own database?

Boy oh boy ...not quite sure how to answer, basically i wish to set up a wordpress blog for small business and have some sort of auto feed , i quite often see sites on flippa advertised as 'automated' Just thought i would start to make enquiries

I seek something as a plugin that i can set to load new articles each day
