The Best Way to Park Domain Names

Hey guys, I think I've found out a perfect way on how to "park" domain names the right way!

The income is generated from selling links on your developed domains. You just need to develop your domain (this can be done really quickly) and get some backlinks for it (this is also not so difficult). Then your domain gets a PR (Google Page Rank) value and you can start selling links.

If you have some domains just sitting there, you can try this. At least test it with one domain and you will see.

No guys, you shouldn't lose your PR if you do everything smartly. My advice:

1) Don't put on your site "Links for sale", "Buy this spot" or anything like that.
You won't be selling the links through your site (read my blog post).

2) Sell only a few links (I would recommend no more than 5 or even less) so that your site doesn't look like a link farm.

3) Only sell links to sites that are of the same niche - e.g. you have a webmaster blog, so sell links to webmaster related sites only.

4) When selling links on a forum, never disclose your URL publicly, only send it via PM to your potential buyers.

Following these rules you should be fine.

The link buying & selling has been here and will be here. Even the strongest websites on top positions in search engines are where they are as they have bought lots of links (there may be a few exceptions, but not in the largest niches).

I'm not forcing anyone here to do this, I'm just sharing with you my idea that works for me.

I routinely make a Minisite using Joomla,wordpress or Similiar Package to develop my domains rather than use a parking service.

If done correctly paid links can be lucrative, Google is penalising some (not all ) sites with paid links.

Im going to have to take Netmegs side on this. She has the most knowledge about this kind of stuff on Namepros (search engine related) and I have gotten great advice from her countless times. I was once considering doing this but now i wont.

I've had one of my own sites penalized for listing other sites of mine that are in the same niche(even though they are on different servers/ip ranges, and only four outgoing links). You can't even link to your own websites any more without them catching on it seems- even if you aren't doing it for PR like I was. And add in their snitch-line and it's safe to say selling links for PR on its way out, or not worth the risk.

Now selling links with rel="nofollow" to others for the traffic is a different matter. I buy all of them I can get my grubby little fingers on and to this date google is perfectly fine with that - as they should be.

According to Matt Cutts, some of the things they look for are whether or not the links are for the purpose of gaining traffic (which is okay, and for which you'd use rel=nofollow) or for the purpose of gaming PR, which is not okay. On a directory link, they look at whether or not the directory accepts every link submitted, or whether there's some kind of a review process.

But what about the directory site, but we can put the sponsored links (which will pay the fee) at the top? I am currently building the directory website, this information will help me a lot

How does Google know what is a paid link and what is not? [Example] On many blogs, bloggers go searching for stuff to write about, and they very often will link to another site or sites in their posts to point and clarify...

So, how does Google know what is a paid link, and what is not?

The theory is good and yes it would be possible to sell links under the Google radar.

The hardest thing is to get PR on your sites in the first place (without which you'll struggle to sell any links). It's not easy to do for a couple of sites, let alone a domain portfolio with 100's of domains. Remember if it were that easy, people wouldn't resort to buying links in the first place!

Also, bear in mind that if you do get busted, Google, as a registrar and also by checking your IP address, could easily penalise all of your sites, not just the one they caught the sold links on.

I wonder if only the PR of your sites dropped, or also the posisition of your sites in Google for your main keywords? If yes, I wonder how many places/pages?

I don't seem to have any problems with my paid links sold thru Linkworth.com
or any other links paid or free
If any thing I notice increased Google rates for some of my sites since supposed great PR disaster day

Ok, well, go for it if you want to risk it. Google has made it very clear how they feel about paid links. If you think you can fly under the radar, good on you. Me, I prefer to have less things to worry about, rather than more.
