The Best Place To Set Up An Auction

I want to set up an Auction for my Domain PanamaWarehouse.com

I contacted about 2,000 companies in Panamas Colon Free Trade Zone and had some interest, so I want to contact all the companies again and inform them that the domain is to be auctioned.

I live in Venezuela and it is virtualy impossible to register with Ebay from here.

Where is the most simple place to set up an auction where I am in complete control over the reserve etc?

If you are setting up an auction for potential end users is it a bad idea to use a Domain Site, as potential bidders may realize the domain is overvalued?

Any advice appreciated.

I was looking for something similar, because i think that many people who have never used eBay could be a little scary of a registration in such a big site, even for people who lives in US or Europe without any problems with the subscribing of a Paypal account.
I thought that probably would be easier to install a private auction script on my domainer website or on the domain i'm trying to sell.
I found this free and simple auction script that seems fit my needs, GeoAuctions lite . You must be a little used with this kind of scripts made with php and using mySql, but they are really easy to set up.

Sedo provides a service different than that of eBay. It like an auction, but doesn't end until you say so.

The draw-back is that it charges 10% commission on sales. It has a minimum fee of $50 or 50 pounds or 50 euros per sale, but if you park your domain there, there isn't a minimum fee.
