The Admin Sphere

Admin Sphere is a website for discussion and information about running a local website. I don't believe there is anything on the Internet specifically for local website admins so this is a unique idea (I think). I know the template is not exciting, but the goal of the design is to steer people to the forum and articles quickly. Are you drawn to the forum on the first click?

Try to use verdana or arial as font size. The one you're using is hard to read and tiresome. The site is simple and kinda plain, but still elegant. Don't diss the graphics aspect since the people in the web development are quite picky about this too
