According to a recent SEC filing (see pages 6 and F-8) the THC.com domain name was valued at USD $1.25 million (part of a larger transaction in 2016, so not a pure domain name deal). Its high value appears to come from its relation to the cannabis industry.

It's worth noting that the trademark was valued at $1 million (page F-8), which was less than the value of the THC.com domain name. This demonstrates how elite domain names can be more valuable than TMs.

Trademark must be protected and enforced to mean much.

At least they own both.

I wonder if the sale of luc//ky.com comes with a trademark? It's at 600k.
