This is a tricky one to value as it would take a very specific project for this to fit into, eg WIFI provider to city areas (etc), but even then there may be more suitable domain names available, especially if you want a high price for yours they then have lots of choice.

So someone may well want it for a good price for a large project, but it's impossible to predict a value for that as it entirely depends on a person's budget and not a general/estimated market value. It also might never sell, given the tight niche and few potential end buyers etc.

Get it on various free market places and you never know, you might even get an investor/domainer interested.
