Text only flash nav menu

I am having trouble turning the flash nav menu on www.sinstarapparel.com into red text the mouseovers to white...

someone please help me!!! I do not have the original flash and have never really used flash before... besides to edit... so I have to remake it from scratch

How can it be possible. I saw your site. It is a full flash (i mean nav and below content) site and without Original Flash, it is difficult to do it. Anyways you can try SWF to Fla programs. One resource is "www.eltima.com/products/swf-to-fla-converter/" and adobe itself has a SWF to Fla tool.

:imho: Since I am lazy enough, I personally use flashmenufactory.
For a text only menu see the "tiny tim" skin.
