Sorry, but there is no way a dot info about an "obscure" tourist venue is going to fetch mid $x,xxx.

I say "obscure" because most of those visitor's are members of the Mormon church, most live in the area, and most would have no need to surf the net to find out about the headquarters of their church.

Low $xxx to a very motivated buyer.
