Template Question

I bought a design template from a designer, however this person does not know how to code and was un-able to put the template into an HTML or dice the images.


Do you have any suggestions?

The design is awesome though......

well if you bought it as an uncoded design simplest thing to do would be either slice it up and code it yourself, or hire someone to code it for you. You can find people to do that here on NP for you.

I was very used to templates coming with certain files and seperate images etc.

i could be wrong.. but i thought adobe photoshop would do the slicing images and make it html automatically.. using that slice tool.

That is what I thought, that it would covert or you could have it convert into an HTML file.

If its made under photoshop you can slice it and take out the html version of the template easily. there are some plugins which can make it much more simpler to manage these task.

when you slice with photoshop, it does do the html for you. only the basic tables though. if would like images to be backgrounds etc so you can add content, you'll have to do all the manually.

My friend told me it's not the easiest layout to code
And if you slice a layout in photoshop it's not ready to use :bingo:

Typically templates when bought come with the images sliced and the index.

I had wanted a partial refund but no on ever replied back to me, instead of that I would take some icons smileys for our fourms.
