I want to sell them, If anybody knows where could i get the template management system same as [ 4templates.com ].

Why not try the free alternatives first?

Joomla CMS + one of the following add-ons (extension):

* EZ Store (formerly TemplateShop)

* VirtueMart

Or ZenCart

i prefer to use this method of showing temps this is just an out put file of the program the html can be edited to suit your site
