Template Help

Hey,
I have a few templatemonstor templates. I usually work from scratch to make my own layouts but I found some cool templates that I like and wanted to use them. I have all of the PSD, Flash, and HTML files. The thing is I dont know how to work with all of them. Do I have to open up the PSD and change all the wording and then do all the imageready slices and then all the coding. I thought tempates were suppose to be easy. Am I doin this wrong?

You have the right idea, you need to edit the psd files to include your information, then convert it into HTML as far as I know.

I've never tried, but if you are having difficulty, I can probably help you out.
