I am looking for advice and possibly a developer for a site as mentioned below. Currently the site is parked and receiving about $5 a day, but I do not feel the customer is receiving much benefit. I would like to add benefit to the customer while also making money.
Can someone give ideas or current sites that are doing a similar job?
Is anyone interested in developing for me?

§ Very high in Google searches
§ Users have purchased a computer hardware product with sites exact name
§ Company that produced product does not have support page
§ I want to monetize site and help customer
