Advice on development

I'm trying to figure out how to develop 2 names (bike / - / crash / dot/ com and bike / - / crashes / dot / com )
They have good search volume and other sites are not developed (ie bike / crash / dot / com, bike / crashes / dot / com, bike / crash / dot / net, bike / crashes / dot / net )
i was thinking of a video site for one, and something about road safety regarding bikes for the other one.
From experience, would a video site that takes videos from youtube and similar sites could stand a chance to rank high for the related term?
Other ideeas would be very welocomed

Videos would be good and the most logical thing to do with it.

Somehow you should also try and pull in bike insurance and injury lawyers info into the equation somewhere - Great PPC rates on terms associated with that usually.

eg: "bike insurance quotes" average CPC is £10.89, "injury lawyers" is £11.64, "compensation claim" is £10.72 ...etc
