Well, despite the problems we are all aware of, I have to give credit where credit is due.

This weekend I purchased a domain from the regular TDNAM auctions (not the expired/expiring section) and it was transferred to me today, Monday. That's pretty darn quick. I'm very happy, and I have to give them a big thumbs up for it.

Now, if we could just get our refunds from the expired auctions that got renewed.

By the way, the domain is - Class.us

:)

Nice name! :) Will be worth quite a bit a few years down the road, I would suggest saving it.

Great name DB :)

And nice to hear the non, non-expiring domain auction side of TDNAM seems to be working quite nicely :)

I'm supposed to get a big batch of transfers tommorrow from some "expiring" auctions, keep your fingers crossed for me ;)

And class.us ... man, can I ask what the $ was?

Congrats again, and muy bien on letting us know a good experience with TDNAM as well :tu:

It looks like GoDaddy is committed to making it work. Has anyone tried selling there yet?

I'm still burned about the 5 or so open backorders I have with them. They're practically worthless now since the only thing GD backorders were ever good for was capturing other GD expiring domains. Now the names have to clear renewel and the TDNAM marketplace for my backorders to get them. That'll never happen for a decent name.

Very nice name I may mention. Class goes well with .us (united states). Very common word, wise investment. =]

Thanks guys. :)

I'm just really glad to see an auction transaction there go quick and smooth. The 'expired' auctions should still be entered into very cautiously, but the regular owner-listed auctions (like this one) are not a problem.

Cost me $150. I feel it was a bargain for a name of that class. Pun definitely intended. :)

Well, you've cleared the initial programming hurdle, I got a name that TDNAM was verified I got and paid over $40 for, but now it is lost in limbo. They give me a link to click to my account, but my domain is not there. It was a crap name anyway, just testing the system.
