Targetted Email?

Does anyone know of a place that offers targetted email lists - and will mail them for you (and don't care if the content is rated "R")
I don't have a list - but want to blast some mails out to a targetted group of users.

It's hard to get list of people who have opted to receive such advertisements unless you'll do email spamming. Some website with lots of NewsLetter subscriber might help you.
