domain Tanning / Express () com & net

The far more common variation is "Express / Tanning". These are a speculative reg for an end user sale, hopefully... Probably not a good idea, but life is a learning experience...

There was a federal trademark that is now dead, but there turns out to be to be more than 1 business using this name (and thus having rights to the name). Can any and all of them demand that I hand over the name, or am I safe given there is more than one "Tanning / Express"?

Is it unsafe to approach them directly for an enduser sale?

My advise, is get in quick, mail them all and get a very quick sale to one of them.

What would be a fair price range for enduser sale? Assuming I find one location shop, or small chain willing to pay for it...

Seeing that they are hand regged, and not worth much other than a sale to an end user i would try for $550 total, $500 for the .com and $50 for the .net.

Worth a try. Be prepared to accept any counter offer/s
