Think about it, if the domain's registrar renew on behalf of registrar but not the domain's owner, will it different? then the registrar can do this auction to the domain? Then the work of snapnames will be in vain.

I suppose if I decide to renew my domain at the last day of grace renew period. then my domain was pre auction, does registrar harm my legal rights? because the domain still belongs to me no one has rights to sell it
